Rethinking the service offer of the French Sailing Federation.

Challenges

In a world of boating that is rather static and marked by the habits of the past, put the user at the heart of the process in order to offer modern solutions adapted to his involvement (from the beginner to the seasoned boater).

Methodology

After conducting 20 interviews with experts (Codezero network), we proposed an exhaustive requalification of the FFV’s personas (typical customers).

We then “designed” the ideal customer paths for each persona and detected opportunities for proposals and communication.

Results

A proposal of 10 innovative projects (confidential list) for the French Sailing Federation, intended to enhance the institution’s service offer and attractiveness.
