In an immature market environment with very unequal technical solutions, to assert Open Runner’s positioning and reassure on its technical legitimacy.

Methodology

Dynamic and multi-sectoral benchmark on support for activities. Cross-referencing with the expectations of athletes on soft mobility and progression activities (hiking, biking, etc.).

Collaborative workshop work with the Open Runner team to refine the positioning.

Results

Proposal of an evolution of the positioning and a segmentation of the offer accordingly (Open Runner Explorer). Proposal of a new presentation of the offer with 3 levels of commitment.
