Imagine a fitness session that takes place predominantly underwater…

That’s what the Deep End Fitness program offers, designed by former US military personnel (Marines).

The approach of this new training method in the water lies in the combination of movement and breathing work called FREE (Foucs Relaxation, Economy of Motion & Efficient breathing).

Practicing underwater encourages participants to be both focused and relaxed in order to maintain a moderate heart rate. The pursuit of fluid and efficient movements is also constant.​ Mastery of breath control and concentration (similar to freediving) complements this program, which is expected to expand beyond the United States in the coming years.
