Repetitive injuries are also common and often result in a limitation of practice, whether occasional or intensive.​

The German startup “Better Guards” aims to solve this problem by launching the first ankle brace equipped with a mini-piston and an envelope that acts like a second skin.​

The technical challenge was to guarantee optimal freedom of movement and unparalleled protection; a challenge that Better Guards seems to have succeeded with this first product.​
